I know we can’t make the atmosphere like that every game, but simply the difference when everyone gets behind the team rather than slagging players is clear for all to see.

Credit to the 100s of ball boys last night. Never seen so many. Balls back in in seconds and then none when we went 2-0 up!
Oh a few random balls thrown in mixing up things to waste time. Good work boys!

Cheers, just checked myself. At least if I can get a ticket I can make the home leg and watch the away leg in Prague in a bar. Should be a few friendly Prague fans supporting us / Soucek & co.

If we beat Lyon when is the Semi home leg? Got a horrible feeling we're going to be Prague, going 3rd, 4th & 5th May.

Absolutely hanging. Not much sleep and a site throat. Feel like I went to a rave last night.

Seeing how much flights to Lyon went up to today, I’ve booked a few days in Seville in Spain in May just in case.

Come on you Irons,

Fuck off you clown.

We had an amazing result last night and are in the quarters finals of a European competition for the first time in 41 years so if you are just being negative or downplaying it and trying to shit on everyone else’s joy then you are obviously a very unhappy person in life who hates other people being happy.

If you are just trolling “for a laugh” after that result instead of being happy that our club have had such a great win then you probably have issues and need to grow up.

Either way just fuck off and do it elsewhere.

You being known as a cunt poster on here makes my conjecture about you about not going the more believable thing......I hope your living doesn't include speaking to people......it'll be the dole queue for you......

The thought of my promiscuous behaviour seems to be really triggering some of you.

So I've checked in and I'm finding I'd draw a line at hugging a ukipper - you can calm down now.

Just about calmed down now after last night. Especially pleased for the young uns,iv'e been here before but this is new ground for so many. I was with my 33 year old stepson at the game and he was delirious at the end, kept saying we are in the last 8 in Europe.

Had a touch at Waterloo. Missed my last train and was looking at a hundred quid in an Uber to get home until i met 3 strangers who were all going to where i was give or take 10 miles so we did a 4 way split. God knows what the driver thought as these people in his car were yaking ten to the dozen about the game.

I can't believe the amount of oxygen most of you give COYIs.

Just ignore the silly cunt until he changes his username again. He's like a baby who has just realised that crying makes his mum or dad come running.

The only difference is that a baby wouldn't shit or piss it's pants quite so often.

It's more that he's got such a hatred of benrahma he can't see anything he does is good and feels the need to mention it every fucking single Time.

Or just goes missing, like the villa game where he got 2 assists.

He's a One note negative, repetitive twat

Pee Wee 7:31 Fri Mar 18
Re: ⚽ West Ham v Sevilla - Official Match Thread (2nd leg)
In COYI defence, Benrahma wasn’t very good in the second half, had a decent enough first half by his standards, but in reality isn’t a very good player.

I think the issue people have, is rather than actually disagreeing with that, is the disgust at the obvious joy he gets from it, rather than the joy of the night.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Sevilla - Official Match Thread (2nd leg)
What a fucking night. So pleased for Antonio and Soucek.

Antonio finally stopped sitting on a defender marking himself, he stopped only backing in and he started to push the defender off and come towards the ball and create the yard, which is why he was able to turn for setting up the goal.

Passing still largely woeful but he did really well overall last night and I’m thrilled he is getting some plaudits again today.

Rice was a fucking joke - it’s unreal how good that boy is. Best player I’ve ever seen in a West Ham shirt. It’s a privilege to watch him play.

Zouma and Dawson were outstanding.

It was a great professional team performance, still bits we can improve on, shoot more, move the ball quicker etc and that’s amazing that we can control a game against a top European side and still see where we can improve.

Also massive shout to Areola, that save built the basis for that win, all night he looked confident with his catching and was good with his feet. 7 clean sheets in 14. Not a terrible return.

Glad Noble got on and obviously what a story for Yarma.

I’m still struggling with my voice. The Bowl was fucking rocking last night.

I've been doing some voluntary work at the stadium today, sweeping up thousands of lost voices.

I did notice one miserable cunt amongst the 59,000 home fans who didn't get up out of his seat once and was pictured with his head in his hands when Yarmolenko scored, he even left the ground 5 minutes early.

That must have been COYI

That fucking housey version of the "massive" chant got right up my nose. Can't the club keep anything sacred and just for the fans? Apart from that what a fucking night!!!! Hope we can keep that level of support up and push the team along again in three weeks time
